Whatever the event, kids love running wild in our forest, learning new skills and crafts, and playing on our zipline, big rope swing and cargo net climb.
Parties
Whether Birthday, Hen do, anniversary, or any other celebration, what better way to celebrate than with a forest adventure with your friends. Make a wand or a staff, learn how to build a fire, create your own pewter cast model*, have campfire or pizza oven** cooked food, build a den...we can design your event to suit your needs, making it a day to remember and a fun day in the woods. Our woodland parties are very flexible and built around the individual's requirements, making sure you get the most from your special day.
2.5 hours for £200
(up to 10 people - £17.50 per child & £2.50 per adult*** thereafter)
* Check out the range of activities we offer on the Our Activities page (pewter casting, forest therapy & yoga may require an additional charge) or speak to us about any ideas
** There is a £50 charge for pizza in our woodfired onsite oven, with toppings designed by each child. This activity also adds an extra 30 mins cooking time onto your party, making it a 3 hour session.
*** The £2.50 per adult covers bottomless hot drinks and S'mores!
Holiday Club
Come and join us for some school holiday fun! Give your children the very best reason to turn off their screens. They will come home muddy and exhausted and with exciting tales to tell of adventures in the woods. A great opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills and instil a sense of adventure many of us remember from our own childhood.
What's in store:
Outdoor Adventures: Venture through our woodlands, enjoying full access to our facilities, including the Roundhouse, a woodworking area sheltered by parachutes, and a cosy, covered campfire.
Our activity area for under 8s, features a workbench, mud kitchen, coat rack and wellies stand, all under a spacious parachute canopy. Guaranteed fun, no matter the weather!
Active Fun: Glide down the zip-line, master the cargo net, and swing from our assortment of tree swings as you explore our woodland.
Creativity: Choose from a variety of seasonal crafts and bushcraft activities, including green woodworking. See Activities page for our full list.
Campfire Treats: Rounding off each adventure with delicious S'mores, catering to all dietary needs.

It's worth keeping an eye on the weather and dress in comfy clothes you don't mind getting wet or muddy. We have a lovely little stream that is great fun to splash in, so a pair of wellies and a change of clothes are always a good idea!

Over 8's: 8-14 year olds Full Day £27.50
Under 8's: 5-7 year olds Half Day £17.50
For children aged 8-14 years old:
The program runs every day throughout the school holidays. Full day sessions - Bring lunch, a water bottle and change of clothes e.g. Waterproofs, warm layers and spare socks.
Pick up/Drop off: Honley Train Station.
For children aged 5-7 years old:
The sessions have higher ratios of staff and more structured seasonal activities. With half-day options available in the morning (am) and afternoon (pm).
FYI - You can book a Full Day by booking both Morning and Afternoon sessions.
Half day sessions - Bring a water bottle and a change of clothes e.g. Waterproofs, warm layers and spare socks.
If booking to make an all day session - please also bring a packed lunch.
Pick up/Drop off: Directly to our woodland site for this younger age group.
(FYI Older accompanying siblings may also be dropped off and picked up directly, at the same times 10:00 - 15:30)
HAF FUNDING
HAF Funding –
Eden’s Forest CIC were delighted to receive HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) funding for Summer, Winter 2025 and Easter 2026 thanks to support from the Department for Education.
This means we were able to offer free Holiday Club places for eligible children aged 8–14, including a healthy, seasonal lunch and outdoor woodland activities each day.
Children may be eligible if they:
• Receive benefits-related free school meals
• Are referred due to additional needs (e.g. SEN or similar)
How it works
Holiday Club runs 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Drop-off and pick-up is at Honley Train Station
Free lunch is included – just remember to select the catering option when booking
